Late 19th century, Neo-Renaissance style from the Napoleon III period.
The top shelf is decorated with ivy leaves, a symbol of loyalty and attachment.
The oil lamp was placed on these stands.
Made in Babbitt metal
Can be used as a stand, pedestal or candle holder.
