DELIVERY TERMS - DELIVERY DEADLINES
The order will be shipped from Tuesday to Friday between 3 and 10 business days after validation of the order. Any order placed after 7 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday morning. These lead times are given for information purposes only.
CURIOSITAS is in no way responsible for non-compliance with delivery deadlines and cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of deliveries.
We take the utmost care in preparing our orders.
CURIOSITAS undertakes to inform the Customer by email of the dispatch of their package.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
The products are delivered in metropolitan France, French overseas territories, and in certain other European countries, Germany, Belgium, mainland Spain, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, and Italy. For some countries, the Customer will only have one means of delivery and will not be able to choose other carriers.
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order process. In the event of an error in the address, CURIOSITAS cannot be held responsible if the products cannot be delivered.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the weight and place of delivery. The price will be indicated before your order is validated.
Tip: Bundle your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
For any order, you can choose between La Poste using Colissimo at home or Colissimo using Points Withdrawals or Store Pickup.
DELIVERY METHODS AND FEES
A. Colissimo against signature – Postal service:
2 to 6 days of delivery: this delivery time is taken into account when the package is handed over to the Post Office – times communicated for information purposes only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the final destination of the shipment.
B. In-store pickup:
It is also possible to pick up your order at CURIOSITAS, 7 rue Ravignan 75018 PARIS, metro Abbesses – Line 12, as well as for shipped orders; the indicative preparation time for the order is 3 to 10 business days.
The Customer will be informed by email of the availability of the order at the store. This method of collecting the goods is free, so that the Customer will only pay the price of the items ordered and no other delivery costs.

For any questions regarding the progress of your delivery, you can also contact CURIOSITAS from Tuesday to Saturday during business hours. You can track your orders directly on your customer account.
If the goods are not picked up within the timeframe set by the carrier, they will be automatically returned to the sender and the return of your order will be at the recipient’s expense.
